This isn’t your typical guest chef dinner. Our Executive Chef José Sosa teams up with some of Chicago’s most celebrated chefs and brings them out to South Barrington for one-night-only collaborations, creating exclusive menus that blend each chef’s unique styles with the flavor of our live-fire hearth.
On December 1, The Greggory welcomes Chefs Oliver Poilevey & Marcos Ascencio into the kitchen. Marcos and Oliver are partners in multiple ventures including Taqueria Chingón – located in Chicago’s Bucktown neighborhood and Mariscos San Pedro is a Mexican seafood restaurant located in the heart of the Pilsen neighborhood featuring sustainably sourced seafood.
