A purpose-driven leader dedicated to impact, creativity, and legacy. As Director of Program Impact at Charlotte Rescue Mission, he helps transform lives through recovery and community empowerment. He also serves voluntarily as Executive Director of the Shell Legacy Foundation, a nonprofit founded by his family that provides micro-scholarships and resources for HBCU students.
Alongside his nonprofit leadership, Donnie is an experienced portrait and event photographer, combining artistry and storytelling to highlight the best in people. Guided by faith, family, and a commitment to service, Donnie strives to create lasting change in his community. Donnie resides in Charlotte, NC with his wife, Brittany Jenkins Shell.
