This isn’t your typical guest chef dinner. Our Executive Chef José Sosa teams up with some of Chicago’s most celebrated chefs and brings them out to South Barrington for one-night-only collaborations, creating exclusive menus that blend each chef’s unique styles with the flavor of our live-fire hearth.
On September 21, The Greggory welcomes Chef Diana Davila Boldin into the kitchen. Her résumé includes leadership positions in Chicago and Washington, D.C.’s top establishments. Inspired by antojerías, a style of restaurant that serves nostalgic Mexican cuisine, she opened Mi Tocaya Antojería in 2017. Her specialities includes shrimp aguachiles, lamb barbacoa, and Oaxcan chochoyotes.
