We’re thrilled to host our very first in-house dinner at Milli—and to kick things off with purpose.
This inaugural event is a benefit dinner with 100% of proceeds from ticket sales donated to Giving Kitchen, a nonprofit organization providing emergency financial assistance and community support to food service workers in crisis.
About the Evening
Joining us in the kitchen are Celeste Baca, Courtney Kenyon, Josh Mummert, and Lou Turner. Together they’ve built a menu woven with personal history, cultural memory, and mutual joy.
This dinner draws inspiration from Celeste’s Friendsgiving celebrations, marking her victory over cancer and her wish to give back to the very organization that helped her through it.
Layered into the meal are echoes of Puerto Rican home cooking and the spirit of the holidays, a heartfelt nod to Chef Josh Mummert’s roots and the shared comfort of food that carries us home.
