Born in Bogotá, Colombia, Felipe has lived in the United States for over 22 years, bringing a global perspective shaped by experiences in Miami, New York, and Chicago. He is a hospitality leader with 20+ restaurant openings, he focuses on concept creation, marketing, and operational excellence. He is co-chair of the Sister Cities Chicago – Bogotá Chapter, a committee member of Illinois Restaurant Association, and is deeply involved with the Chicago community year-round. A passionate traveler, Felipe has explored the world, learning from diverse cultures that inspire his approach to hospitality. He’s also a marathon runner, explorer, and lover of good wine and food.
