Felipe Ospina is a Chicago-based hospitality leader, consultant, and connector with more than 20 years of industry experience. He has helped open more than 24 restaurant concepts, including One Off Hospitality venues, Mercadito, Roka Akor, and Tzuco. Felipe is also a co-founder of Homegrown Chicago, an initiative dedicated to supporting local food producers and strengthening connections within the hospitality community. Through his work with Sysco and leadership roles with Pilot Light, Giving Kitchen, and Sister Cities Chicago–Bogotá, he is passionate about supporting chefs, building community, and giving back to the industry that has given him so much.
