An Evening to Remember: A Community United for a Great Cause

On a fall evening in Ocean Springs, the community came together to support an inspiring initiative – Dining With Gratitude. The event, hosted by Vestige, raised almost $3,200 for Giving Kitchen to support food service workers in crisis. We are grateful for the opportunity to celebrate our industry members. Together, we are building a food service community where each crisis is met with compassion and care.

This Dining With Gratitude recap highlights the incredible efforts and the spirit of camaraderie between our industry members to raise critical awareness and funds for Giving Kitchen’s mission. Get your local restaurant involved in Dining With Gratitude 2025.

1. In October, Vestige partnered with Cathead Distillery where we donated $1 from every cocktail sold that contained their spirits.
2. Hosted an offsite event/costume party with several local restaurants/chef friends in order to raise funds and awareness.

Promotion Duration:

• The cocktail promo ran the entire month of October.
• The event was a single evening including industry sponsors and partners.

Promotional channels used:

• Heavy promotion on social media
• In restaurant check holder inserts
• Direct messaging to industry supporters.

Amount Raised:

Cocktail promo: 150 cocktails $150
Event: Almost $3,200 in critical funds raised. ($2,500 from ticket sales, $650 from Pass The Hat donations)

This September, Giving Kitchen’s Dining With Gratitude campaign will unite operators, suppliers, and vendors nationwide to support food service workers in crisis and help fund the need.

Through a fundraising promotion, operators educate their teams about Giving Kitchen’s resources while increasing awareness among guests in their communities.
