Giving Kitchen's national campaign launches to raise funds for food service workers in crisis
Throughout the month, restaurants and bars across the country will unite to celebrate and support the hardworking individuals behind every memorable dining experience. Nearly 500 food service establishments in 32 states will participate, offering special menu items, rounding up their checks, or donating a portion of sales—all to benefit Giving Kitchen’s mission.
Every meal enjoyed at a participating location helps provide crucial support to food service workers facing unanticipated hardship. Giving Kitchen provides all participating locations with turnkey fundraising tools and staff support to help them educate their teams about the nonprofit’s vital resources. Nationwide, local communities are rallying behind their food service community and celebrating Giving Kitchen’s National Food Service Worker Day on September 25th to share their support and gratitude for the hardworking individuals who serve us daily. Each fundraiser is unique to their business operations.
