Laura is a seasoned business strategist with over 25 years of expertise in human capital management. At Aon Hewitt\/Alight Solutions, she partnered with Fortune 500 companies including FedEx, McDonald’s, Southern Company, and International Paper to solve complex challenges in employee engagement, technology integration, and benefits optimization. As part of the Blackstone-appointed commercial leadership team that transformed Alight Solutions into a public company, Laura gained profound insights into creating high-performance, engaging workplaces that drive organizational success.<\/p>\n

In 2020, Laura turned her focus to helping small and mid-sized businesses improve their people practices during post-pandemic challenges. She joined Giving Kitchen during a key growth period, bringing her expertise to build strong support systems for our growing team while maintaining our mission-driven culture.<\/p>\n

A proud Louisiana native, Laura earned her B.A. in communications from Newcomb College of Tulane University in New Orleans. Despite calling Atlanta home since 1991, she never misses a chance to sing the praises of her beloved home state and Saints football. When not working, Laura and her husband Erik can be found enjoying the outdoors or taking in live music.
