After she finished\u202fschooling,\u202fshe moved back home to Chicago and worked in many accomplished\u202frestaurants,\u202fincluding North Pond and Oriole.\u202fWhile at North Pond, she met her current husband, Luke Snider.\u202fChef Courtney became the Executive Pastry Chef at Oriole\u202fwhen she was only 23 years old and <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW263228769 BCX0\" data-ccp-parastyle=\"GK 3 - Body Copy\">resided<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW263228769 BCX0\" data-ccp-parastyle=\"GK 3 - Body Copy\"> as their pastry\u202fchef\u202ffor over 5 years.\u202fOnce she left Oriole, she moved down to Miami, Florida to help open a Bouchon Bistro by Thomas Keller as their executive pastry chef and head baker.
