As Director of Operations for Mere Bulles, Green Hills Grille, and Chago\u2019s Belmont Cantina, he is dedicated to building strong teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences.<\/p>\n<p>He is also the founder of the Nashville Area Restaurant Alliance (NARA), which brings independent restaurants together to secure better vendor partnerships and foster collaboration across the industry.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Brandon hosts the Nashville Restaurant Radio podcast, where he amplifies the voices of local chefs, owners, and hospitality professionals.
